Adriana Salgado and Orlando Reyes
Adriana and Orlando are professional dancers and teachers of Argentine Tango who have studied Tango in Buenos Aires under Cristina Cortes (Tango Nuevo), Jhoana Copes, and Gustavo Naveira, among others. Both have danced professionally abroad, including in Dubai and in Aruba. Adriana and Orlando represented their native country, Colombia, in the 2005 international Argentine Tango competition in Buenos Aires.
Their dancing is energetic, precise, and passionate. Their repertoire includes beautiful improvisational tango, as well as thrilling choreographed performances.
They have been recently enthusiastically received at Dartmouth College's Argentine Tango Society (DATS), and will be performing and teaching in Portland (Maine), Manchester (New Hampshire), New Haven (Connecticut), Burlington (Vermont), New York City, etc over the next four weeks.
